Dear Uniondale Community,
I am reaching out to you this evening with sad news. As many of you may have heard, Dr. William K. Lloyd passed away today. Dr. Lloyd was a champion for the Uniondale School District, our students, and the Uniondale community, serving as our superintendent of schools, among the many other positions he held in our district, for over 15 years. Our hearts and prayers go out to Dr. Lloyd’s family and friends.
Tomorrow, on Thanksgiving Day, as you gather with your loved ones and reflect on all your blessings, please keep Dr. Lloyd in your hearts. When there is additional information to share, we will update the community.
