REQUEST TO ADDRESS THE BOARD OF EDUCATION PUBLIC QUESTIONS/COMMENTS FOR THE UNIONDALE BOARD OF EDUCATION

Please complete this form in its entirety, if you wish to present a question or comment to the Uniondale Board of Education at an Action Meeting. Questions/Comments will be directed to the President of the Board of Education for acknowledgment during the Public Comments portion of the Action Meeting Agenda. All Questions/Comments must be submitted no later that the Thursday before a Tuesday Board of Education Action Meeting. Public Questions/Comments will not be addressed at a Board of Education Work Session.
