Use of Facilities Request Process

Request Form is signed and submitted to the District Clerk.  (Click Link below for form)

District Clerk forwards request to Building Administrator, Buildings & Grounds, Athletic Director, and Security Director.

If request is approved by all the above, the request is presented for approval to the Board of Education at the next scheduled Board Meeting.  (Requests should be at least two months prior to event/session)

Final Approval:  If request is approved by Board of Education, the requestor must have insurance requirements confirmed and approved two weeks prior to using facility.  (Click link below for Insurance Requirements)
